The cheapest registration is with Loopia.rs at just over 10 euros, but their website is in Serbian, and hard to navigate.

The cheapest english registration service is ninet.rs, at 12 euros. You get a .co.rs SLD for this, and the process is pretty painless, although the paypal payment option was buggy.
